1. 1. VenturesSoft Data Privacy Notice
At VenturesSoft, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle any personal information you provide to us when you use our services, as well as your rights concerning that information. We recommend that you read this policy carefully and review it periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.
The user agrees that their data may be transferred, exclusively for the purposes indicated above, to VenturesSoft entities, respecting in all cases the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP – Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), and without the need for the transfer to the aforementioned transferees to be communicated. All data is treated with absolute confidentiality, not being accessible to third parties for purposes other than those for which they have been authorized. The user’s personal data database created will be stored on VenturesSoft‘s servers, under the supervision and control of VenturesSoft, through its trained personnel, who assume responsibility for adopting technical and organizational security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the regulation, and other applicable legislation.
1.1. Information We Collect
We collect and process certain personal data to provide you with our services and enhance your user experience. The information we may collect includes, but is not limited to:

1.4. Compliance with Mexican Personal Data Protection Legislation
Data privacy management in Mexico is primarily governed by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), as well as its Regulations, and other complementary regulations. Below are some of the main requirements that we comply with at VenturesSoft:
- Informed Consent: Data controllers must obtain the informed consent of the personal data subjects before collecting, using, or sharing their information. This consent must be free, express, unequivocal, and granted specifically for each purpose of processing. This Consent may be obtained via email, in the signature of the service management contract, or in personnel contracts.
- Purpose: Personal data may only be used for the purposes previously established and authorized by the data subject. Any other use will require the data subject’s additional consent.
- Data Quality: Personal data must be truthful, complete, accurate, and updated as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Security: VenturesSoft implements adequate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
- Data Transfers: Transfers of personal data to third parties, whether national or international, may only be carried out if legal requirements are met and if the data subject has granted their consent, except in cases specifically provided for by law and internal policies.
- ARCO Rights: Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights) regarding the processing of their personal data, which they may exercise at any time.
- Data Controller: The Legal Manager is the person within the organization responsible for the processing of personal data, who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the law and addressing requests from data subjects.
- Privacy Notice: We provide a privacy notice to data subjects that contains detailed information about the identity and address of the data controller, the purposes of processing, among other relevant aspects.
- Minors: Special attention must be paid to the processing of personal data of minors, ensuring parental or guardian consent is obtained when necessary.
1.5. Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
The DATA SUBJECT commits to adopting the necessary measures within their reach to ensure the privacy of the personal data collected, thereby guaranteeing its security and preventing unauthorized alteration, loss, or processing.
All personal data collected through the APP will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country where the APP is being used and in accordance with the principles that govern the DATA SUBJECT, such as responsibility, loyalty, legality, etc.
The DATA SUBJECT will ensure at all times that the personal data contained in the database or files, if used, are correct and updated for the purposes for which they were collected.
The DATA SUBJECT complies with the legal guidelines of each country where the APP is available regarding the protection and confidentiality of biometric data, and therefore all types of biometric information are safeguarded and highly protected.
1.6. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
The relationship between the USER and VENTURESSOFT DE MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. will be governed by the legislation in force in Mexico City, Mexico. Therefore, the PARTIES expressly submit to said jurisdiction.
1.7. Consent
By providing us with your personal data and using our services, you agree that we may collect, store, process, and use your information in accordance with this privacy policy and/or the service provision contract.
1.8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time. Any significant change will be notified through our usual communication channels. We recommend that you review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal information.
