VSM declines any responsibility in the event of interruptions or malfunctioning of the Services or content offered on the Internet, whatever the cause. Likewise, VSM is not responsible for network failures, business losses resulting from such failures, temporary power outages, or any other type of indirect damage that may be caused to you by causes beyond VSM’s control.

Before making decisions and/or taking actions based on the information included on the Website, VSM recommends checking and contrasting the received information with other sources.

Security Measures

However, you must be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, VSM cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations in the User’s computer systems (software and hardware) or in their electronic documents and files contained therein, even though the Owner puts all necessary means and takes the appropriate security measures to prevent the presence of these harmful elements.

TERMS OF USE ON HUMAN PLATFORMS

Human eTime Terms of Use

Subscription: Payment and Purchase Data If you make a subscription to Human eTime Admin or register for a service option or a trial, the customer’s payment data will need to be processed. The exact personal data collected and used varies depending on the payment method and will include information such as the following:

• Name
• Payment method (e.g., credit or debit card)
• Card type, expiration date, and certain digits of the card number if you use a credit or debit card.
  • Important: For security reasons, the full card number is never saved.
• Zip code
• Phone number

The monthly contract for Human eTime will be automatically renewed at the end of the corresponding subscription period, unless the Subscription is canceled before the end of the current subscription period.

Cancellation of Human eTime Subscription If the client wishes to cancel the Human eTime service, they can do so from the Human eTime Admin application. The subscriber accepts and acknowledges that the cancellation of the service will take effect immediately from the moment the subscriber requests to be unsubscribed and that no refund will be made for the Human eTime service that has already been paid for by the subscriber and not received. The cancellation of the service does not exempt the client from outstanding debts incurred. If communication with the Service team is required, it can be requested through the email contacto@venturessoft.com for instructions on how to cancel. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of their current subscription period. Once the service is canceled in its entirety, the stored information will be deleted from the system.

Human Pandora Terms of Use

Human Pandora, owned by VenturesSoft, is software that uses Artificial Intelligence and Big Data algorithms that learn from the information contained in the resumes of candidates who apply through job boards or direct emails from companies that wish

to recruit new talent, to analyze, filter, and profile the candidates’ CVs and offer a list of the most suitable candidates according to the competencies included in their resumes and the profile requested by the organization.

Said information such as name, address, telephone, email, and information exposed in the CVs are processed internally in the system and are not shared under any condition with other companies or users except for recruiters and recipient companies of the resumes.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to the legislation of VSM’s domicile.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in their interpretation or application, it will be understood that VSM and the user have submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of VSM’s domicile, unless the applicable legal regulations in the matter mandatorily dispose submission to a different jurisdiction.

VSM will pursue the non-compliance with these Terms of Use and Legal Notice, as well as any improper use of the Website or its contents, the infringements of the rights corresponding to it or its licensors, especially those of Intellectual Property, exercising all the actions, civil and criminal, that may correspond to it in Law.
