The Human Rewards Employee Program: Every Referral, a Reward! Is an initiative designed to reward our employees for referring companies that may be interested in our Human+ products and services (HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Human Payrolling).

For every valid referral, you will earn points that can be exchanged for recreational activities or even a cash bonus. It’s our way of thanking you for your support and contribution to VenturesSoft’s growth!!

How to Participate?

Refer companies with +250 employees

that are evaluating and/or looking for Payroll and Human Resources solutions.

Provide the following data

Name of the contact in charge of the project, corporate email, job title, phone number, and company name by filling out the form on this page or by sending an email to the Marketing department at yvera@venturessoft.com.
